Deployment of New FDW
We provide deployment of new FDW from an approved source country or territory, which includes Indonesia, Philippines and Myanmar.

Direct Hire of FDW
If you plan to rehire your former maid back from her country, Apex is able to assist you in processing the full documentation until the maid arrive in Singapore.
Liaison with Embassies
We can assist in processing documents to respective embassies, like maid passport renewal, home leave documentation and etc.
As required under MOM regulations, you are required to send the FDW under your employment for a medical screening every 6 months. This 6-monthly medical examination (6ME) screens for pregnancy and infectious diseases such as HIV and tuberculosis. The 6ME should be performed by a Singapore-registered doctor. As the employer, you should bear the cost of the 6ME and any other medical expenses arising from it.
Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
Apex can assist client in purchasing of maid’s medical insurance and $5K Security Bond.
MOM regulation requires the employer to purchase medical insurance coverage of at least $15,000 per year throughout the FDW’s tenure in Singapore.
Employers are required to place a security deposit of $5,000. The bond is between you (the employer) and the Government of Singapore. The objective of the bond is to ensure that both you and your workers comply with the condition of the Work Permit.

Renewal of Work Permit
Employers are required to renew your helper’s Work Permit before it expires. MOM sends out Work Permit renewal letters 6 to 8 weeks before the permit expires. Do ensure that the worker’s insurance package (security bond, medical and personal accident insurance) is complete to facilitate Permit renewal.
Cancellation of Work Permit
Cancellation of the Work Permit is required when the Foreign Domestic Worker’s contract is terminated within the WP validity period.
